Rating Not what I expected

My rating is based on the following:
I had assumed the mattress to be 19cm deep, it is at the most 15cm, the memory foam layer feels non existent and you can feel nearly every spring. Also the picture displayed does not match the product received.
As the item comes rolled, you cant check the product before unpacking it. -
